Description
The Rotoblast Internal Pipe Cleaner is designed to clean pipe up to 40’ long with internal diameters ranging from 8” to 36”. The unit is attached to one end of a coupled pipe lance equivalent to the length of pipe to be cleaned. The opposite end of the lance is coupled to a blast hose leading from a standard blast machine. Once the Rotoblast tool is positioned within the pipe, the blast hose is pressurized and blasting begins. As the unit is manually directed through the pipe, high velocity abrasive is ejected from specially designed nozzles attached to the tool’s rotating head. Spent abrasive and contaminates are exhausted by the air out the forward pipe opening. To stop the Rotoblast, the blast machine is shut down and depressurized.
